Ingredients of Cheesy Paneer Bread Rolls
- 2/3 cup grated processed cheese
- 2/3 cup crushed lightly paneer
- 2/3 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup boiled,peeled,mashed potato
- salt as required
- chilli flakes as required
- 2/3 cup grated low fat mozzarella cheese
- 15 bread slices
- 2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/4 cup chopped green chillies
- oregano as required
- 1 cup vegetable oil
Step-1
Saute garlic on a panIn a non-stick pan, add butter and then garlic. Saute it for 2-3 mins. Now, add potatoes and mix them well. Cook them for 10 mins on medium flame and then switch off the gas flame. Allow them to cool for 3-4 mins.
Step-2
Prepare the masala for bread rollsNow, in a bowl, add potatoes, paneer, green chilies, processed cheese, chili flakes, mozzarella cheese, oregano, and salt. Mix everything well.

Divide the masalaFor making 15 bread rolls, divide the masala into 15 equal oval parts and keep it aside.

Stuff the filling in bread slicesCut the brown ends of the bread slices and then wet them using water. Gently press them to remove the excess water. Once done, place one oval filling in the centre of the slice and then cover the filling with the bread slice by bringing the edges to the centre. Form an oval bread roll shape.

Fry the bread rollsHeat oil in a kadhai and then start adding bread rolls one by one. Add maximum of 3 bread rolls at a time. Make sure your bread rolls are brown and crisp. Transfer the bread rolls to an absorbent paper to remove the excess oil.
